Brother not sharing the rent obtaining from property, please advise

I have a property case where my brothers are taking away the rents from the property and not contributing towards the home loan that we have also they have denied any payments to me and my Mother who is the owner of the house, so far the home loan is on my name and I have been a majority contributer for it, I tried talking to them but they are stating their financial isues and are adamant, need some legal advice on how I can resolve this matter.

We need to go through the documents. Your mother is the owner of the property of which your brothers are claiming the rent? in that case you cannot ask for the rent amount from your brothers. your mother is the sole owner of the property and its her discretion to give the amount to whom so ever she wants to. Secondly, after her death you can claim the property as one of the legal heirs.
