Bank sold the house and still deducting money

Being a guarantor for house loan the bank has sell the house n still deducting money as a repay amount from me. i want to know that can bank do the above things i have said and if i am ready to pay all amount so the house/flat wil b owned by me???
No the bank can not deduct the same. You can buy the said property in the bank auction. You can file a case for recovery in the jurisdictional civil court.
