Aunts son claiming property that belongs to my father

This is case of our Jhansi residentialproperty. My Bua, was living with her family on our property since 1970. But she assures us that property belong to us.She has three sons,all are married. one was living in his in-laws house, as Ghar jamai and other two are living with my Bua.My Bua evicted him from home due to his bad behaviour.But after death of my Bua, he came to claim his parts on our property. Other two brothers are with us and don't want any claim on property. This property was belong to my Grand-father. My Grand- father died in year1970. my father had three brothers. All my uncles are died only two of their widows are alive. one was un-married. We have all home tax recpt, and old plot map. how do we claim against buas son
In response to your query, I would like to opine that earlier the daughter was not having claim on her father's property after marriage but now with the recent amendment, the daughter is having equal share with son. Hence your Bua was legally entitled in the property. However if there is any sort of deed such as relinquishment or settlement, then it will help u. Thanks
