Vehicle documents seized by police what is the quickest way to resolve

I was issued traffic challan for violation of sections 181/180/177/190(ii) of WBMVRP.The vehicle is registered with my mother name.Police has asked me to appear in court & seized my original documents.I need to go urgently out of station.What is the fast and legal procedure to get my documents as soon as possible.I was issued the challan on 11 th june 2017.Please suggest me the best way.Moreover if u can tell what amount i need to pay as fine.
I have read the problem on online service. Frankly speaking ur in deep if ur really interested to resolve the in that event u contact me personally as I need c the seizer list being issued by police. As per recent change in law police now have the authority to even cancel. So if interested pls pay my fees online and take appointment to meet. Mere discussing ur issues online will not resolve ur issues on the contrary it will put more in deep trouble legally.
