Regarding motor insurance claim for my driver

my driver murdered in my vehicle by some unknown person whom he catched during journey for earning purpose,will my claim accepted
Regarding to your query this death is not caused by motor or vehicle accident, so you can not go for motor vechile accident claim. This is a criminal matter and you have to go the nearest police station where the said occurrence committed.
