Regarding Dismiss in Default case status

HI Can anyone please tell what is the time period to restore the case that is in dismissed in default status. this is for motor accident claim. also is it same for all over india or can be changed within states also.
your question is not clear you have not mentioned why case was dismissed initially, Motro vehicle act is same for almost all states of India. please provide more info to provide you proper solution. Thanks.

There's no time period as such. You'll have to move a restoration application. The limitation to move this said application is 30 days. If there's a delay, you'll have to move a delay condonation application together with the restoration application.
