judgement passed in my favor but not implemented by Govt. department

i was won a case against my department at 25 th jan. but my official not implemented the case order and file a slp in july it is numbered but stay was not given against my high court order. still the slp shown bending in sc portal. no one notice was given to me.in mean time i was going to contempt in high court.in position of slp is pending what i am doing and when the case come in trail please advice me what can i do
I hope you would have received notice from Supreme Court to file counter affidavit & conduct your case.the next hearing date also would have mentioned in that notice if none we can mention before the Supreme Court to list the case @the earliest. Don't worry we can get justice @the earliest.
