are employment bond valid? can they sue me for breach of employment bond or they can recover training expenses legally? how to avoid consequenses?
In order to avoid the legal action you need to send legal notice stating that employment bond is invalid in India and if they want to recover training expenses than they need to initiate civil proceedings.
