Husband of married girlfriend harassing me to give money

Hi, I had SMS and calling relationship with a lady who was dating to m and a other man to gather. I never ever had physical relation with her. Last year her husband came to know this and he snached her phone for evidence.my SMS is there in her mobile. She raised a divorce case against him and asked child custody and marriage expenses.Now her husband calling m and asking money and giving threat to beat. Can I file case against him or can he file case against m under IPC497.pls help m
Don't worry he can not file any 497 against you, as the major feature of 497 is sexual relationship out side the wedlock is not fulfill, so your relationship is not according to section definition so just filed a complaint against him under section 506 and if he used any filthy language den 294 at least get nc from concern police station
