Husband being harassed by wife and threats of fake litigation

Hello sir/mam, My brother age 33, is being married by 2.5 year. His wife has always blackmailed him emotionally and also used Witchcraft to control his. we have found the proof in home. when my mother exposed it, she went to her parents. and later blackmailed my brother to leave parents home by telling him , that if doesn't go to her on XX date, she will suicide and drag whole my family in this matter. My brother got afraid and left the home, taking all her belonging's. after that he stayed there in his inlaws place for 8 days, being treated badly. later comeback home.again after 2-3 months she blackmailed him emotionally , saying she is sorry about everything and just wants to live with him.and will not be in touch with her parents. again he left home giving final chance to save the marriage. As husband and wife they have decided that they wont plan for a kid for at least 1 year .once they settle they will think of baby.but now she is saying she is pregnant and threaten him for life.
