Fraud husband how to remove his name from property and get money

Today after a 2 years of marriage , I come to know that my husband is fake . He communicated wrong education and job details during marriage . Even his family aware about it still they don't. Today we knew , he never hv job and education is also fake .even he tooks my complete 2 years of salary, he started beating me too. Even he took money from my brother by saying wrong information about the flat booking. We raise a fir for it. He has given blank cheque to us eith his sign. Even we hv purchased new flat on which his name also there. Please suggest , about how to proceed to remove his name from property, get money from him, even how to process for divorce and how I will get the future security.good thing is that me and my brother has done online transactions so we have a proof of given amount. How to get our money back?
