Father wants to give his all property to elder son how to claim share

10-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
My father wants to give his all property to his elder son. We are only two brothers without sister. My elder brother is settled in UK. I am also not staying with my parents due to my job. Now in the old age of y parents I have assured them to look after them. But my elder brother and his wife are brainwashing my parents to give their entire property to them. Is it possible that my parents can give their all property to their elder son. None of two son gave any financial help to my parents to build the property. Can my daughter who is 2 years old now have any share in my fathers property? Please suggest. We are Hindu in religion.

Dear Sir,

IS this your father's self acquired property or it is an ancestral property. in case its his self acquired property then your father can give the property through will to anyone he wishes to. and in case he dies intestate then the property would be divided between all the legal heirs. In case it is an ancestral property then you can claim your share in the property.
