Whether GPA is allowed in DVC case -The respondent is NRI

My daughter has filed DVC case for fraudulently obtained divorce in Australia by her husband.He has sent GPA to his father to defend the case. Is it valid ? My daughter has not gone to Australia and waiting for Visa and Visa received & Meanwhile he filed divorce application before Federal Court and the court granted Divorce.It is not having any jurisdiction.Please advise and give citation to defend the GPA.The court has decided Exparte now he wants to give GPA and defend the case and drag to some extent ?
In matrimonial cases g p a is not Allowed. More over federal court has no jurisdiction to grant divorce because your daughter is indian citizen and marriage was auccered in India only so your dougher have every right.
