What remedies against false DV and divorce case

I am facing false cases of DV and divorce. I have received wife application in DV and I have to file say. She mentioned she is jobless in her application. She is MBA and I have her recent PF statement via RTI which valid proof that she is working and lied in application. There are other such lies as well in application. Can perjury can be filed as per crpc 340 based on statement in DV or should I wait till filing of affidavit.

You have to prove her allegation wrong through your say. Your should appear through your advocate or in person and produce all the relavant documents which can prove that your are an innocent and as far as divorce is concern if she has left the house by her own then there is remedy under cr p c.

Go ahead and file your reply.you have good case. And you can move as per sec 340 against her if what you are saying is correct and therefore No need to wait for affidavit as her pleadings in application are also on oath.

Why don't you file an application for production of her documents in court? You should mention in your written statement that she is qualified and does not deserve maintenance. Obviously while arguing the interim maintenance this will be taken into account and it is possible to get her maintenance struck off.
