What can I do when husband wants divorce and I don't

I dont want divorce from my husband but my husband wants and its been 1 month from april-2017 i am staying with my parents . he believe in horoscope & Black Magic . This is a reason he is giving me for separation ,but it is not a valid reason . What can i take further steps ??

The grounds that your husband is quoting for seeking divorce is not strong under any circumstances. In this case you must file restitution of conjugal rights petition against your husband for withdrawing from your company on unreasonable grounds. Additionally you can file for maintenance but that depends on additional factors like your education, working capacity, presence of a child etc.

you can file an application for restitution of conjugal rights and ask him to fulfill his marital obligation also if he is not ready for the abovesaid then you can file complaint of domestic violence .

1. you can go to your matrimonial house and start residing there. it is your legal right to live there.
2. you send him a legal notice highlighting your intention for restitution of conjugal rights with him.
3. you can file a case for Restitution of conjugal rights.
4. you can approach women cell of your area.

Ma'am ,
The reason given by him is not a valid reason for filing Divorce.Why are you staying with your parents ?you have not explained .You have all the rights to stay at your matrimonial home and he cannot force you out.You can contact me for detailed consultation.

Dear client if husband is not taking back u to matrimonial home then send legal notice through lawyer and ask him to take back u. If he will not act per notice then file case for restitution of conjugal rights. For any legal help call me
