Want to know the procedure for Divorce

want to know the procedure for divorce from my wife?
You need to send her a notice.after which if she agrees for mutual divorce you can file for the same or else you need to file at family court requesting in the plaint for divorce under certain grounds provides by law.

I would like to know whether it is by mutual consent or its contested. If both parties agrees then it will take 6 months out of which both parties have to appear thrice in court 1st date for filing joint petition after 10days for counseling and verfication and after 6 months for final hearing. For contested i need to unserstand your matterand accordingly i can advice you. Thank you

first whether ur wife is ready for divorce or not..if she ready then go for mutual divorce u/s 13b ..its a six month procedure for divorce by mutual consent and if she is not ready then file divorce petition u/s 13 (ia) on the grounds of cruelty and other grounds etc... this procedure is lengthy procedure...
