How I get divorce from husband.because my mother in law is torturing me both mentally and physically but my husband not able/consider me he always support their mom.after marriage 6 months I stay my father home and 4 months go I have a child . my child is 8 months but my husband or their families not coming my home or not see my child . now I Wait 1 year but husband not consider me and my son.then I have wants to divorce to husband.please answer me how i get divorce
If their is physical and mental torture with you in your in laws house then it is better you file case under protection of women from domestic violence Act which is better for you and your child and force your husband to file divorce
