hi one my case 498a I want to trnfar Navsari to mumbai so what's is the procer for that
Yes you can get the matter transferred. If the matter is to be transferred within state then you may approach the High Court and in case it's inter state then you have to apply for it in the Supreme court. You need to justify the court with proper reasoning of the transfer and if the court feels the need for transfer will allow your transfer petition
