my husband is filing divorce how to stop it and i dont want to join

hello.i was married 5 yrs ago. we have a 3 yrs boy born disorder .im working .we used stay wid inlaws .they used to torture me mentally physically for money &dowry .In the mean time my husband purchased property on his name i helped him by giving my gold ornaments and my salary . immediately he changed after registering plot on his name. he harased me. i filed 498 fir .he compromised and promised me to stay separately .but it lasted 4 months. one day he kidnapped my son and threateded me to kill him .i filed petition .he returned my son .nw he is asking divorce .i dont wnt .i cant join him.
