My husband got married second time without giving me divorce.

I got married on 8jan 2013 in arya samaj mandir. Bt aftr few months my husband left me as he did not got ny dowry. I filed a case aginst my inlaws of dowry bt aftr few months my husband agn came back and said sorry and asked me to close all the cases. He said dat his family is ready for marriage bt dey wanted to do it infront of all people. Bt on the date of marriage dey refuse to come as dey wanted car n all. As all things have been booked we got married in front of all people in hotel again on 27 feb 2016 and had his friends in barat. Bt after few months he started the same thing dat his family wnats dis n dis and left away. We filed da mutual divorce bt he didint appear. Now i got to know that he married a girl without giving me divorce. I dont have father. I am only girl of my mother. And he os a criminal also. Wat can i do now. Plz suggest
