Husband torturing how to file for divorce

My friend married before 2 months and from the first day her husband torture her both mentally and physically.she tells about this to her parents and in laws but not a single person believe her and not come for support. She is alone and want to divorce. Is Mahila ayog can help her for divorce???
No, you can consult lawyer and they will guide you, moreover if your friend facing torture , she give a complaint to concerned police station. If not possible kindly consult me to take further action within the law.

Yes, she can file for divorce against her husband on cruelty ground, before that let her be clear about taking divorce. There are other remedies also available for her to restrain her husband and inlaws from torturing her under protection of women from domestic violence act, Indian penal code etc. Divorce should be the ultimate option.
