Husband obtained divorce in foreign country petition pending in India

FIR filed in one all womens police station and parents-in-law got bail whereas husband (NRI) arrested under NBA and now on bail. Inlaws moving High court for stay order / restraining from filing criminal case in court. I am not provided still petition copy but police informed over phone. NRI husband obtained divorce in a foreign country one year back whereas divorce petition by wife is pending for 3 years in another state in India. where do I stand and what I need to do now? {both parties Hindu and married in India under Hindu marriage act.}
