Husband asked for divorce but denying now and torturing mentally

We have been married in March2012,but my husband and his family hidden a lots of factors like his affairs before marriage.We have a 3 year old kid.Since 2014,he had been involved with a colleague at his office and used to avoid spending time with us.I have proofs of his confession in recording and few chat message and pic.He asked a mutual divorce in Dec2015 and from jan2016 we are staying separately in same house.I had done some sexual chats with my exboyfriend in 2014,no physical involvement and he using them to blackmail me.Asking me to leave his house.Is sex-ting after marriage an offence?
