Husband always abuses me what action can I take

What can I do to if I want to go ahead for filing a case against a husband who keeps abusing, fighting, comparing. He is good in front of family but then later when we go to work keeps sending 1000msgs and fighting. Saying that I am having attitude because of my salary and designation. Talking dirty about me and using extremely bad words at all times and saying bad about me and my colleagues.
You and your husband can discuss your with a marriage counselor, and if that fails, you can assert your rights under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. You can obtain a protection order restraining your husband from continuing to harass you. You should consult your lawyer for appropriate advice.
