Maine saauralwalo se tang akar police complaint kar di shadi ko sirf 10 din huye the unke upar 498a ka case chal RHA h Maine maintance ka case dala to mere pati ne court me kaha k vo muze rakhna chahta h to mai rahne k liye tayar ho gyi aur case mediation k liye dal diya lekin mera husband ab court me bhi nahi aata hai plz margdarshan kare

Dear client as he has not coming court then u can pray before court that he is not willing to take u back. Also u can say in court that he said to take back u because only to avoid to give maintenance. For any legal help call me

dear client,if your case is pending for mediation and your husband is not appearing for mediation,you can give an application before the court( mentioning the dates on which you were present but your husband was absent for mediation or certified copy of the rojnama.)court after taking in to consideration that your husband is not interested in mediation will certainly begin trial in your case.
