Can wife get divorce on the grounds of conjugal rights

I had done marriage under special marriage act on 2010. but as we are studing at that time we had not lived together,and after that for job we lived far away with the consent of our parents.but now she filed divorce on ground that we do not have conjugal and sexual life. I filed RCR. Kindly let me know can she get divorce in these grounds. But i dont want divorce .She want to contest the case. Can studies n job be sufficient ground for me.To contest. But the truth is i dont want to leave her, i want to save the marraige. What should I do?

You have to prove that you physically fit for doing sex the you can protest her from getting divorced but if did not contest the divorce proceedings file by your wife then she may got ex parte divorce

You are going in a right direction by filing RcR petition ,your ground for staying away is good you need to prove it. At the same time file a petition for combine hearing of both the cases to save time. And be patient .

Don't worry in this matter you can keep some patience .if she file divorce petition then you personally meet him and discuss with him and ask why she get this type of step.if you have already failed in this process then you can compromise through mediation.
