Can I claim marriage expenses in divorce case

During the marriage I made it clear on so many things now the person has the problem with those points. My relationship is in bad shape now its mutual, is possible to claim alimony if not at least marriage expense , its my parents hard earned money. I am a independent women my earning is way much than my partner. Its like I am cheated coz when i said what kind of person he agreed for everything now he is disagreeing all those pints.

You can certainly claim marriage expenses. That is your right. But to claim that at the cost of delay in divorce petition is entirely your call. As you said you earn more than him so decide whether you really need that money. Contact me for giving you a better advice as many things are not clear in your query.

Dear client if u both r ready for mutual divorce and husband is ready to pay good amount as alimony then consider it as marriage expenses. But if he is not ready for alimony and u want marriage expenses then u have to file domestic violence case. For detail discussion call me

No such provisions directly. but you can file domestic violence case and you can file compensation for harassment's. if your partner is ready for mutual then you can decide the amount with your partner. you can claim expenses for the marriage.
