can daughters use Mother's surname after marriage?

Madam, divorce certificate milne k baad kya mere daughters apne mother ka surname le sakta hai.mere daughters apne marji se chahte hai mother ka surname likhna.so plz help me .
1. Yes she can do that provided she is not barred by any Court Order.
2. The process is to file Notification under Indian Gazette by filling up annexed Form and keeping one too many spare gazette Copies in hand till child attains majority age for change of surname as and when required in various Public Documents.
