After separating how can I claim maintenance from my husband

My husband wants to separate but currently he's paying for rent electricity if he moves out he said will not pay for anything also have a 5yr old boy what should do
There is procedure under law for claiming maintance from husband and for kids. You have to file a case under specific law for claiming the same according to husband income and Status. Apart from this your income should be either zero or very less to survive then the court consider maintance amount
