About abortion without husband knowledge

sir,There is a huge misunderstanding between me and my husband.he filed conjugate rights against me.After that i rejoin with him infront of both parents.but his motive is trying to get indirect divorce.he has contact of another married women.he didn't withdraw the case even after rejoining.he and his parents forced me.so i lodge a complaint in local police,at that time i had 18 weeks of pregnancy.after that i came to my home and abort my pregant without husband knowledge because of his lack of care about me.ow,he intimated about this abortion in court. plz guide me for relief of this problem.
First of all, if it was first pregnancy, the doctors themselves would have advised for consent by the other spouse for termination of pregnancy, if you have overlooked the procedure then you are under fault for this.
However this is not going to be a very serious issue and he cannot seek divorce on this ground.
