Liability of cloud computing company in case of copyright infringement

If a company gives its copyrighted book and software codes to a cloud computing company and another person hacks the server of the cloud computing company and downloads the book and software codes and publish them. How to prove the liability of the cloud computing company.
Hello, Do you mean other person' in the sense, Is he work with cloud computing company? or third party? . If he is a third party then you may file cheating / theft complaint against the person u/s 420 IPC & u/s 66C,66D,66E & u/s 63 of indian copy right act with cyber crime police. But, before that you need to have the extensive details of hacking. you can refer server logs for details about hacking. You can demand cyber crime officials to remove the software content from the website. Proceed your complaint with cyber crime lawyer, so that your issue will be resolved.
