How to deal with credit card fraud

I unfortunately provided my cvv on phone to a person who was not a banker. 80k transaction swiped on my credit . As soon as recd the msg I blocked the card. Also lodged police complaint in Thane and cyber Thane. I don't what to do next I can't pay this amount. Please guide.
You cannot have lost 80k without revealing your PIN number. You will have to share the complaint which you filed with police station and cyber cell so that I can advice further as the details provided by you are incomplete.

If it is not more than 5-7 days since the incident, you can ask the bank and the merchant to freeze the transaction.
Also, if any neglegence on the part of the bank is found, the bank can also be asked for compensation or in this case waiver of the sum credited.
