A case is pending in children court,does it effect in new joining

Respected sir my name is girish kumar sharma,currently i am working in cag department at the office of ag,g&ssa mp gwalior as a n auditor.i have also been selected as a preventive officer in cbec department,in mumbai customs.a case against my family is loged in 2009 .that time my age is 17 ,due to my medical report some injuries occured durinng land occupy metter,which land is ours.so a case is pending against me in chidren court bharatpur rajasthan ,under ipc dhara 147,143,148,323,325,336&354.now the mumbai customs send me my joining letter bt after police verification they call me and say to cancel my candidature ,so plz sir suggest me if i can join or not
The case and finished by connecting the trail in the juvenile court kindly start the trail and get a judgement so that u can join incase they do not have any record pertaining to the case just skip to mention it and get it over once u join the new job
