Whats my liability if I take admission in govt college with fake quota

if a person has taken admission in a govt. college with a fake quota and before the college knows about it.that person resigns from college by following all formalities and have all his original documents and also a clearence certficate.will he become eligible for any legal action???the college till does not have any knowledge regarding this..
Even if the college doesn't know about it yet this shall not mean no offense has been committed. This is an offence of cheating as well as forgery. Arguements can go for and against you. It can be acertained only when we get to know the complete facts of the case.

Dear this is cheating and forgery. this is punishable under section 420, 463, 464 IPC. your carrier may be spoil if any one comes to know about this fact and college take criminal action against you. if you want proper legal assistance you can contact me.
