What charges can be set against person who is giving shelter to wife

I am charged under Section 12 17 18 19 20 22 Domestic voilence act 2005.All was fine between us until one day wife left the house and started living with her relative who is a married person. He is not allowing us to enter his house not even to her parents My wife used to chat regularly with her relative since the beginning of our married life of 2 years. What action can i take against her relative?

As i understand from your query its a case of false charge on you, on the pretext of you doing cruelty with your wife. In such situation my suggestion would be that you somehow collect proof of chat , if possible. that is only way you can take action. Secondly you can file case against your wife for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu marriage act 1955 as she left home without any reasonable cause , you will have to prove to court that everything was fine .
