Person used my auto on rent to smuggle liquor without my knowledge

In bihar wine is strictly prohibited n the things which will be involved in this illegal activity or smuggling of liquor will be octioned but i had given my vehicle on daily basis or rent but he used it for illegal activities like for smuggling of liquor will i get my auto back is it possible, plz suggest me.
Yes the said vehicle which was used for smuggling liquor, if the said person is caught then, the vehicle will be seized and will be presented in the court as an evidence. After the completion of the proceeding, the vehicle will be disposed off as per law.
