Notice to accuse in criminal revision

I complained u/s 156(3) but it was dismissed and accused was not summoned. Now if i file revision in session court, whether opposite party will be sent a notice to appear by the session court?
Why? You are filing a revison petition against the order of lower court if it is allowed then again you have to go to lower court asking execution. Please do call me brief of your case so as to get proper advice.
