My husband did 2nd marriage filed case which is still pending

My husband got 2nd marrige without my permission now the case was in court they filled the case on april 2014 . Till now no enquiry he got vaidha more than 24 trials completed i want to finish my case as early as possible
Assuming that you and your husband are Hindu. The second marriage of your husband will not be a valid marriage and will hold no validity. Marrying again without obtaining a divorce in not legal and your huband will be charged for bigamy.
