Police has built wrong FIR against me in prohibition case. So now what i will do?
you can approach court with the help of lawyer if police have filed a wrong f.i.r. against you. filing a wrong fir itself a crime so you can get relaxation from the court. for that you have to approach a proper lawyer .

Once the FIR has been made then you can approach the concerned police commissioner for the same. Write a letter to the police commissioner stating in which condition this FIR against you have been made. If result in negative then hire lawyer and prove wrong in court.
