Domestic violence on husband by in laws

1 Being a men i am a victim of domestic violence. since 4 yrs my father in law and brother in law blamed me for impotent they manhandled me slapped and used very bad abusive words (child was born later),once i have faced even serious injuries going to her home to meet my son, i was thrown out of house by in laws third time violently attacked me with his son made serious injuries at my home saved by neighbours. 3 Daliy threats of cruel laws and divorce,sucide, seprate my child from family, jail to family , by wife ... 4) cruel behaviour with child not taking care careless 5 an domestic violence , sucide willingness case against me and mother and taking away the child 6) child remains with me now 2 yrs after complaint i brought child one day before herself told to take away and she wont come i remain netural to divorce/re-unioun seeing childs future first plz help what should i do for child to remain with me,how do i defend myself i am fed up by in laws behaviour,wife is stuborne
