How we have to use Article 21 for speedy disposal of fake case(U/s 506,509).?
yes your advocate has to represent the same to the concerned magistrate the same or else you can file a petition before the concerned high court under section 482 seeking direction to dispose in a certain time frame

Yes article 21chapter-11 of the Indian Constitution of law explains the protection of life and personal liberty thus article-21 requires the following conditions to be fulfilled before a deprived of the property I.e..,1) there must be a valid law 2) the law must provide a procedure 3) the procedure must be just,fair and reasonable 4) the law must satisfy the requirements of art.14 and 17 I.e., it must be reasonable this basic may apply for 509 and 506 IPC
