Q: Cheating by aakash institute for 55000 rupees in rajahmundry branch

I have taken admission for my child inrajahmundry aakash institute branch.At the time of admission branch manager told me that fee will be 2 lakhs for the integrated course (ipe +neet) and also he has shown me all the classrooms of your aakash institute, believing him i paid 55000 towards admission, he conducted classes for the students in aakash institute for 15 days after that he shifted all the students to a college named mathrusri and he is telling that aakash institute will only teach neet classes that too in mathrusri college.At the time of admission he gave wrong commitment nand made my child join in the college.

Q: My father given money to person but not get return .my father filled c

My father filled case in court in the year 2017 after 3years my father passed away.My brother continued the case but till now there is no judgement how to move this case fast

if your father filed the money suit it takes 6 months time because due to covid-19 the courts at jaundice but now the court is running very fastly and the speedy disposal your father is contained on that case but nature of the suit is very important and what is the type of the suit your filed your father file in the court if whatever it may be the court will take now

Q: Disturbance due to temple noise near the house, what can be done?

Hello sir, the temple is situated behind my house far around 150 Meter. This is a residence area. Whole day due to temple Bell sound we are irritation. Also due to this old age person irritation. And disturbing student also. Can we give requesting application to police station individual and one copy send to environment department.

It's not necessary to give requesting letter to police first u should inform the temple in charge about ur problem noise distrubance etc., Later that they didn't take any action u may proceed to inform a police station

Q: Where should I file an appeal if my case was dismissed by court before

I submitted my IP in Tirupathi AP Addl civil court in the year 2009 ,the case was dismissed says not submitted Income tax returns and not given any direction about the money was deposited in bank ,so I wanted go for Appeal can I go for appeal in district court or to high court .? There is new law was passed all ip cases Appeal to go high court I want clarification wanted in this matter the judgment was passed on 5 th December 2016 and I got judgment copy on 20 of Dec 2016 ,but I already filed Appeal petition in District court so it was not numbered ,what I can do now

Can a respondent (hasband) of 498-a after win the case file a defemation against her wife and there parents for harassment and torturing and for let down his moral in social background which section and after wining 488-a case how many years 498a decision come in my favoured in year 2013 or 2014. Now 2017 we can file defamation case???
