ATM skimming fraud what action can i take

On the night of 22nd sept someone from my account took out 25000, but my card was with me and I remember not sharing my details with anyone. How can i make bank compensate money because the ATM I frequently used is of my base branch, which is not at all guarded and is in very poor security condition. Amazing thing is, similar cases have happened in my college with other people. I believe it happened beacuse of loophole in bank's system and security.
Do contact a good advocate and file criminal case against the bank, its branch and officials.
Best is issue a strong a legal notice upon the bank and its officials... early and strong action is desired.
