What is the remedy when you are unable to pay your debts

Hi we have started our private limited company in march 2016 and we are 3 partner associating with the business. Till the current date our business is going downfall and having a debt of 7L. I want to resign my company. but my partner told me if you want to resign first pay your amount of min 3L-4L now . but I dont have money to pay. I'm belonging to a middle class family and no one in my family is in job. One of my partner is having good PR in between POLITICIANS, Local POLICE etc. Currently i'm very far away from my home town. No one is here to solve my problem. I've also left my bachelor degree. and dont have money to fulfill my personals exp. food, housing, etc. I'm not able to manage. They both are local residence I've a last option to suicide. Please help me with a better solution. Thank You
