Salon did not provide proper service and abused verbally

i went to a saloon,they didnt work on me properly,and abuse me when i complaint.. how i can go legally
Firstly, send a legal notice through an advocate narration the entire incident and send this notice to the corporate head incase its a big saloon. They are supposed to reply within 15 days, incase they don't, you can file a consumer case in the consumer forum of the correct jurisdiction.
