PAID FULL AMOUNT AGAINST PROPERTY.DEMANDING ADVANCE MAINTENANCE CHARGE @ ESCALATED RATE THAN MENTIONED IN ENCLOSED TERMS AND CONDITION. PROMISED AMENITIES NOT PROVIDED LIKE DIESEL GENERATOR , CLUB ,WATER CONNECTION FROM CORPORATION ETC.
You can file consumer complaint before the consumer forum for deficiency of service or you can also file a complaint before the Tribunal under the real estate act of 2016 and you have also relief in the Civil Court claiming for the specific performance of the contract.
