Recharging of paid maintenance bills what to do

I was chairman of co operative society from 2005 to 2008.in 2008 few members forged my resignation and submitted it toDy Registrar. Due to corruption my complaint fell on deaf ears.From April 2008 that committee didnot accept my maintenance amount and showed that i haven't paid maintenance since April 1case.Is this case suitable for consumer court

Dear Sir /Madam,

You ought to first file a Criminal Complaint against the Committee after seeking permission from the Dy.Registrar.
Do you have any evidence that the maintenance amount was tendered by you to the Society. If yes you are not a defaulter. You can in any proceeding filed against you show this as a evidence .
The subject under dispute falls within the perview of The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960

and writ is appropriate remedy for your case..
