WE BOOK TWO STUDIO APARTMENT IN SUPERTECH GREATER NOAIDA IN OMICRON 1,CZAR SUITE,SOCRATE 1 BUILDER HAVE TO GIVE US POSSESSION IN 2012 BUT STILL HE FAIL TO DELEVER,NOW WE WANT TO REFUND WITH INTEREST FROM BUILDER.KINDLY SUGGEST
That building site and that project already stayed and sealed by supreme court of India. Due to unauthorised construction. Now you can file a complaint in consumer court for refund of your money. For more information you can call me.

Dear Sir you have to send him a legal notice, asking him to deliver a NOC re refund of money. Further in case of failure on his part you would be able to proceed against him in any court of law i.e. RERA, Consumer court or District Court.
