Need refund from Doctor as Laser hair removal treatment failed.

Hi, I undergone laser hair removal treatment from Visage Clinic Pune in September, October and November 2015. I paid complete INR75,000 and undergone 4 laser sessions (Full body). As per doctor – As a result of these 4 session following will happen for sure: - - Hair growth for treated body parts will be reduced drastically and will show very fine hairs. - This should be reflected in couple of months after treatment. But in actual now in 2016- Hair growth is increased for my treated body parts (Hands, chest legs etc), instead of reduction. As per doctor - It might have happen because they did not use more energy level in laser machine for treatment I want complete money refund. Please suggest/Advise: - - what Can I do in this case? - what are chances of wining such case? - Can I claim money for the lawyer fee and other expenses as well from the clinic? Thanks!

You can file a consumer complaint for deficiency of services and unfair trade practises against the doctor and the clinic. In Your complaint you can claim damages from the doctor for mental agony and also claim cost for the litigation. The chances of succeeding are high if you can prove that the hair growth over your body has increased instead of reducing.
