Filed writ against builder others want to join the petition what to do

I have filed a Writ against the Developer of Our Society and made the Local Municipality a Party to this for not stopping the Extra Units Constructed without Approval Violation and Court has Provided a Stay on that Project Initially nobody was Joining this Petition and I have to take this up only with a Nine Member Team and Once We got a Stay now everyone wants to Join this Petition but we don't want anybody now as they all are untrusted and could be a game plan of Developer to push them inside and than later with Majority to withdraw the Stay or writ I am the main Pairokar the First Petitioner as such can anyone be added without my permission can anybody withdraw this petition If on Courts decision if some other people are added by Court than in that case if I withdraw the Petion than do I have to take Permission from the added people.
